Welcome to the Anime portion of my site. Right now you are probably wondering what anime is, well I am going to tell you. Anime is Japanese Animation, but you rarely hear it called that. RIght now your probably thinking, 'Oh it's a cartoon!' Well hold it right there! Anime is totally different from any cartoon you've seen. It is completley different from cartoons like Mickey Mouse or Chip and Dale. Anime is more like real life, except for the magical creatures in some animes. Those are not like real life, sadly. T-T
Animes can come in different stlyes. Some look so real it's hard to believe they're not. And other's look so fake is pathetic. Even some are mixes of the two, looking real one moment then pathetic the next. Even more amazing than the anime itself is the person who comes up with it.
One of the greatest anime designers in the world is Hayo Miazaki. He has created some of the best anime movies in the world. Films such as: "Spirited Away", "Whisper of the Heart", "The cat returns", "Princess mononoke", and "Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind." All of which are available on DVD.
